If an admin ever resets it for you, look for something like Word-Tree-26!! — a few unrelated words joined by hyphens, plus a number and punctuation. That kind of phrase is harder to crack than a short "complex-looking" password and easier to remember without writing it down or reusing it elsewhere.

Tip: a few unrelated capitalized words joined by hyphens, plus a number and punctuation — e.g. Word-Tree-26!! — beats a single word with substitutions. Length beats complexity for real crack-resistance, and a multi-word phrase is easier for them to remember without writing it down or reusing it elsewhere.
